Old Bay Spiced Nuts
I love lots of Middle Eastern & Mediterranean spice blends like Za’atar & Ras El Hanout, and I cooked with many other spice blends such as Curry & Chili so it’s no wonder that I have a recipe using Old Bay – it the most famous spice blend here in the Greater Baltimore Area!

Ingredients
1 Cup Almonds
1 1/2 Cups Pecan Halves
1/2 Cup Pistachios
2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
2 1/2 Teaspoons Old Bay
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
Instructions
1
Heat oven to 300.
2
Mix Butter, Old Bay, Worchestershire Sauce, Garlic Powder & Hot Sauce in a large mixing bowl.
3
Stir in all nuts making sure to completely coat the nuts with the sauce.
4
Line 2 Baking sheets with aluminum foil.
5
Using a slotted spoon, spread nuts onto both baking sheets, giving nuts room to bake without touching. There will be remaining sauce in the bowl; do not pour over nuts on baking sheets – it will burn & give nuts a bitter flavor.
6
Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring the nuts every 10 minutes or so.
7
Let cool on baking trays.

Ta Da! You’re Done!

NOTE: Delicious served warm or cold. Make great gifts.
